1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time. If you have any questions about shipping to other locations, please contact us at

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping destination, selected shipping method, and the weight/size of the product. During checkout, customers will be able to choose one of the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) - $14
- USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) - $23
- FedEx 2 Day - $45
- UPS Next Day Air - $85
For all orders above $900, we offer
free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 4-10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Available via USPS, FedEx, and UPS as indicated above. Delivery timeframes range from 1-3 business days.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within
2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed before
2:00 PM PST on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
4. Delivery Timeframe
Once your order is shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. The delivery timeframe for each shipping option is as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
- FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
Please note that shipping times are estimates and do not account for possible delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Risk of Loss and Title Transfer
All orders are shipped under
FOB (Free on Board) terms, meaning risk of loss and title for products transfer to you when we deliver the package to the carrier. We recommend tracking your order through the provided shipping carrier’s tracking system.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to deliver to:
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- International locations

Problems with product availability or damage to stock:- If, after placing an order and making payment, an item listed as "in stock" is found to be out of stock or has been damaged, making shipment impossible, we:
- 1. Notify the buyer of the problem and provide two options:
- - A full refund, including shipping charges.
- - The option of waiting for a new shipment with an estimated arrival date.
- 2. If the buyer chooses to wait for a new shipment, we will notify the buyer as soon as the item arrives and arrange for shipment at no additional cost.
