Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method. During checkout, customers can select from the following options:
  • Standard (5-7 business days) – $14
  • Priority (3-5 business days) – $23
  • Express (2-3 business days) – $45
  • UPS Next Day Air – $90
We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States on orders over $900.
Delivery Estimates:
Please note delivery times are approximate and do not account for potential delays due to carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances:
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 4-10 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available via USPS, FedEx, and UPS (1-3 business days).
  1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays. An email with tracking information will be sent upon shipment.
  1. Risk of Loss and Title Transfer
All orders are shipped under FOB (Free on Board) terms, meaning risk of loss and title transfer to the customer once we deliver the package to the carrier. We recommend tracking your order using the provided carrier’s tracking system.
  1. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to deliver to:
  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately at info@subzeroparts.com. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

  1. Problems with Product Availability or Stock Damage
If an item listed as "in stock" becomes unavailable or damaged after your order is placed and payment made, we will:

  • Offer a full refund (including shipping charges), or
  • Allow you to wait for a restock with an estimated arrival date.
If you choose to wait, we will ship the item at no additional cost upon restocking.

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm shipping availability and receive a shipping quote.
Important: All prices listed on our website are in USD and valid only within the continental United States. International orders may incur additional customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and not included in the order total or shipping charges. We advise checking your country's customs policies prior to ordering.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will refund only the product cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers requesting re-shipment will incur additional shipping fees.
